为了理清和认识赛前训练对运动员最佳竞技表现的影响,采用元分析手段为主要研究方法,对赛前训练的负荷强度、负荷量度、训练模式、训练频率及持续时间等方面进行了效度统计,结果表明:持续2周时间的赛前训练模式最有利于最佳表现的实现(整体效度r=0.67,P〈0.001),训练量降低41—60%(r=0.80,P〈0.001),训练强度(r=0.35,P〈0.001)和训练频率变化不大(r=0.30,P〈0.001)。由此可见,现代高水平运动员的赛前训练采用大幅降低训练量,并且持续2周时间的训练模式似乎是更加有效,更有利于实现最佳竞技状态。

To clarify and understand the effect of pre - competition training on the best competition performance, this paper adopts meta - analysis to study the validity of the load amount, load intensity, training model, training frequency and training duration of pre - competition training. Results show that the pre - competition training model of two weeks in duration best contributes to the realization of best performance (overall validity r = 0.67, p 〈 0. 001 ), with the training amount lowering by 41% to 60% ( r = 0.80, p 〈 0. 001 ) and the training intensity( r = 0.35, p 〈 0. 001 ) and training frequency changing little(r =0.30, p 〈0. 001 ). It is found that to greatly decrease the pre -competition training amount for high -level athletes and limit the training model to two weeks in duration seems to be more effective and can best help realize the best competition state.
