我国高校国家助学贷款工作自1999年开展至今，已成为资助贫困生的主要渠道之一，在促进高等教育公平开展、帮助贫困大学生健康成长等方面发挥重要作用。近年来，随着还款工作的逐年进行，由于贷款政策自身的不完善，我国征信系统不健全。大学生诚信意识淡漠，就业难、工资低、还款时间短等原因，造成大学毕业生逾期违约现象日益严重。文中从完善征信体系；理顺银行和高校在助贷中的职能关系；加大政策支持，缓解大学生还款压力等方面阐述促进国家助学贷款顺利发展的对策。

Having been carried out since 1999, the national educational loan of Chinese universities has already become one of the main channels to fund the poverty-stricken students, and had played an important role in boosting the fair development of higher education and promotes the healthy growth of the poor students. Recently, as the repayment work goes year by year, the contract-breaking phenomenon that graduates repay overdue loan and interest becomes increasingly grave, which lies in the imperfect loan policy itself; our country＇s distempered credit reporting system; college students＇ indifferent credit consciousness and the employment difficulty, low salary, short time for repayment and so on. This paper suggests the strategy of the national educational loan＇s smooth development, in improving credit reporting system, straightening out the functional relationships between banks and loan system, increasing support for policies and alleviating the college students＇ repayment pressure.
