高等教育区域一体化的核心特征是各种办学资源的"越界"流动,其目的在于提升区域高等教育综合竞争力。长三角高等教育区域一体化经历了区域教育市场孕育、区域教育合作展开和区域教育聚合体创设三个阶段,其演进模式是以政府为主导的多中心治理模式。长三角高等教育区域一体化的长远发展必须在全球化的视阈中逐步推进,实现区域一体化向国际化的有效延伸。

The core characteristic of higher education regional integration is cross-border movement of a variety of education resources.Regional integration is aimed at enhancing the competitiveness of the regional higher education.Historical analysis,the Yangtze River Delta regional integration of higher education has undergone three stages which includes inoculation of regional education market,appearing of regional education cooperation and establishment of regional education polymers.Its developing model is a government leading polycentric governance model.In the long run,the development of higher education regional integration must be oriented by the perspective of globalization and developed gradually,what's more,it has to achieve the extending from regional integration to international.
