本文从构建评价指标体系入手,采用大陆31个省级经济区近3年的截面数据,利用因子分析方法,对各经济区城乡资源配置进行评价,并按主因子及综合得分进行排序,进而通过对各指标值的统计分析,从多方面揭示城乡资源配置状况,最后通过相关性研究及各经济区相关指标的综合比较分析,揭示城乡资源配置的特点和规律。实证研究显示：城乡资源配置不均衡是我国经济发展阶段的必然现象,但不同的发展模式对城乡资源配置产生着重大影响;市场配置资源的作用渐显,但在政府主导的资源配置中农村仍处于不利的地位。

Starting from setting up the evaluation index system, we use the cross - section data of 31 provincial economic zones within three years in the mainland China and adopt factor analysis method to evaluate the allocation of urban and rural resources in those economic zones. We sort them according to the main factors and their composite scores, reveal the allocation of urban and rural resources through statistical analysis of various index values, and finally explain the features and laws of such resource allo- cation through correlation study and comprehensive comparative analysis on related indicators of all the economic zones. The empirical study finds that： the disequilibrium of urban and rural resource allocation is an inevitable phenomenon at the economic development stage in China, but different development patterns have significant impact on such resources allocation; market allo-cation of resources starts to play some role gradually, but in the mode of government - leading resource allocation, the rural areas are still at a disadvantageous status.
