为应对日益激烈的竞争，扩大市场份额，建筑企业必须加强信任与合作，逐步打破传统体制下的组织结构，在重点培育企业自身核心竞争力的同时，借用外部资源，把各企业相对分散的技术与管理特长组合成更为强大的竞争优势。因此实施供应链一体化管理成为建筑业发展的当务之急。目前，实施建筑业供应链一体化管理的条件已经具备，但建筑业供应链一体化管理的实现，还需要进行建筑企业的组织结构重组及业务流程重组，构建建筑业供应链一体化的信息支撑体系及安全保障体系。

To cope with the even fiercer competition and expand the market share, construction enterprises should strengthen trust and cooperation among themselves, break away from the organization structure in the traditional institution, and integrate their own technology and special skills in management with the help of external resources to gain more competitive edge. So, implementing the management of supply chain integration is of paramount importance for the construction enterprises. At present, we have already had the proper condition for implementing the management of supply chain integration. But the realization of that needs the help of restructurinf and business process reengineering in construction enterprises, and the support from information system and security guarantee system.
