利用2002年世界银行＂企业竞争力及技术创新调查＂的中国5所城市10个行业共1548家企业数据,通过构建概率单位模型,考察了外商直接投资、国际贸易、技术许可等国际化行为对企业知识产权保护的影响。结果表明,企业参与进出口贸易、技术许可等行为能提高企业进行知识产权保护的概率,而外商直接投资的流入并不能明显改变企业知识产权保护的状况。进一步的行业分组估计显示,高技术行业企业的进口行为能显著促进企业进行知识产权保护,而低技术行业中参与出口行为的企业更倾向于进行知识产权保护。区域经济发展水平并没有强化或弱化外商直接投资、国际贸易、技术许可对企业知识产权保护的影响趋势,但行业技术水平的提高则能增加进口对企业知识产权保护的积极影响。

Using the data of 1548 enterprises from 10 industries in 5 cities of China which gained from＂The investigation into the competitiveness of enterprises and technological innovation＂ by World Bank in 2002,and constructing a Probit model,this paper investigates the impact of Internationalization Action such as FDI,international trade,technology licensing on the enterprise＇ s protection of intellectual property rights.The results show that enterprises＇ taking part in import export trade,technology licensing and so on can increase the probability of intellectual property protection,while the inflow of foreign direct investment does not significantly change the status of enterprise＇s intellectual property protection.Further estimates of the industry group indicate that the import behavior of hightech enterprises could significantly promote the protection of intellectual property rights,while in the low-tech industries,enterprises involved in export behavior are more inclined to intellectual property protection.And the level of regional economic development does not strengthen or weaken the influencing trend of FDI,international trade,technology licensing on the enterprise＇s protection of intellectual property rights,but raising the technological level of industries can increase the positive impact of the imports on the protection of intellectual property rights.
