订单违约问题是农业产业化经营过程中的难点问题。鉴于有机农业协作式供应链中农户与企业之间的契约关系相比常规农产品供应链稳定的特点，本文运用交易成本、合约信誉、准一体化等经济学基本理论对其进行了较好的诠释，以提供借鉴，促进农业的增效和农民的增收。

Treaty violation is a quite serious problem in the agricultural industrialized management process. Based on the fact that the contract relationship between farmers and enterprises in organic agriculture coordinated supply chain is much more stable than that in conventional supply chain, the author used basic economic principles such as transaction cost, contract prestige, accurate integration and so on to explain it, put forward the models, and to promote agricultural efficiency and farmers＇ income.
