WMI （ Knowledge, Enterprise System, Innovation） refers to the process that knowledge are, derived, accumulated and applied in enterprise system, while companies apply their knowledge to generate innovation. This paper is to demonstrate knowledge accumulation and knowledge application in two factors, company organization and market, of the enterprise system, by analyzing the relationship of knowledge, enterprise system and innovation, as well as the basic conceptive framework of how companies accumulate knowledge.
