随着现代工程项目日趋复杂,网络计划技术已成为大型工程项目管理必不可少的工具和手段。在分析比较传统计划方法与网络计划技术的基础上,针对网络计划技术应用过程中存在的问题,从三个方面讨论了网络计划的关键技术及其应用复杂性,包括网络图绘制、网络计划优化和工程信息化管理,有利于认清问题本质,抓住问题关键,提高网络计划技术的应用水平。

With the increasing complexity of modern engineering projects,network planning technique has become the indispensable tools and methods on large-scale project management.Based on the analysis and comparison of traditional method and network planning technique,this paper points out the network planning technique problems in the process of application,and discusses the key technology and network application complexity from three aspects： network-planning graph drawing,network plan optimization and project information management.It is useful to our understanding the essence of problem,seizing the key point of problem and improving the application level of network planning technique.
