采用录像解析法、观察法等，对庞佳颖备战第29届奥运会自由泳技术进行诊断。结果显示：庞佳颖自由泳途中游技术中换气动作细节影响其身体位置与划水效果；出发的入水环节技术以及在出发、转身后的潜水海豚式打腿技术是制约其竞技水平的关键因素。提出对策：优化影响途中游身体位置、身体姿势流线型呼吸时的头部动作，注重发挥和利用核心力量，提高划水实效；实现出发潜水海豚式打腿技术突破，提高出发和转身阶段成绩，形成制胜技术特长。

Using methods of video analysis and observation, the present paper conducted a diagnosis of PANG Jia-ying＇ s freestyle swimming skills in her preparation for the 29th Olympic Games, The results showed that Pang＇ s alternated breathing skills in freestyle underway strokes affected her physical positions and striking effects. Her diving techniques, underwater dolphin kicking techniques after diving and turning are the major restraining factors of her performance. It proposed the following countermeasures： optimizing the head movements affecting her underway physical positions and streamline breathing, giving full play to the use of core strength to promote striking effects, making a breakthrough in diving and underwater dolphin kicking skills, improving her performance in periods of diving and turning round and highlighting the winning skills.
