在吸收国内外学者关于技术创新动态模式的理论成果的基础上,文章提出了适用于解释后发国家产业创新与升级的动态模型,即后发国家产业演进模型。以该模型为基础,文章研究了技术创新对产业升级的作用机理和我国产业升级的路径选择问题,最后针对国内石化行业的现状提出了实现石化产业跨越式发展的可行路径。
在吸收國內外學者關于技術創新動態模式的理論成果的基礎上,文章提齣瞭適用于解釋後髮國傢產業創新與升級的動態模型,即後髮國傢產業縯進模型。以該模型為基礎,文章研究瞭技術創新對產業升級的作用機理和我國產業升級的路徑選擇問題,最後針對國內石化行業的現狀提齣瞭實現石化產業跨越式髮展的可行路徑。

On the basis of the theoretical achievements at home and abroad about the dynamic model of technological innovation,a dynamic model suitable to explain the industrial innovation and upgrading in latecomer countries was proposed in this paper.It's the latecomer countries' industry evolution model.Based on this model,the promotion mechanism of technological innovation towards industry upgrading and the path selection of China's industry upgrading were studied.Finally,after analyzing the status of domestic petrochemical industry,we suggest a viable path for realizing leaping development in this industry.
