以水提取菊花、金银花有效成分,用滤纸片扩散法测定菊花、金银花提取液的抑菌作用,用二倍稀释法测定了最低抑菌浓度.结果表明:菊花、金银花对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌均有不同程度的抑制作用,且最小抑菌浓度均高于250 mg/mL.
以水提取菊花、金銀花有效成分,用濾紙片擴散法測定菊花、金銀花提取液的抑菌作用,用二倍稀釋法測定瞭最低抑菌濃度.結果錶明:菊花、金銀花對金黃色葡萄毬菌、大腸桿菌均有不同程度的抑製作用,且最小抑菌濃度均高于250 mg/mL.
이수제취국화、금은화유효성분,용려지편확산법측정국화、금은화제취액적억균작용,용이배희석법측정료최저억균농도.결과표명:국화、금은화대금황색포도구균、대장간균균유불동정도적억제작용,차최소억균농도균고우250 mg/mL.
The study extracted the active ingredients of chrysanthemum,honeysuckle with water.The bacteriostasis of extracts from chrysanthemum and honeysuckle was determined by the filter paper dispersion,and the minimum inhibitory concentration was determined by double dilution method.The results showed that chrysanthemum and honeysuckle had different degrees of bacteriostatic effect to Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli.The minimal inhibitory concentrations both were higher than 250 mg/mL.
