北冰洋油气资源潜力与中东地区相匹敌,已经成为美国、俄罗斯、欧盟等全球大国能源战略中的重要组成部分,也已经成为挪威、加拿大、丹麦（格陵兰）其未来北方地区经济社会可持续发展的战略支柱。北冰洋沿岸国家和相关国家围绕北冰洋油气资源,呈现出＂为我所有＂与＂为我所用＂的战略目标之争。墨西哥湾漏油事件对北极油气活动的影响是短期的,油气活动趋于活跃的长期趋势不会发生改变。
北冰洋油氣資源潛力與中東地區相匹敵,已經成為美國、俄囉斯、歐盟等全毬大國能源戰略中的重要組成部分,也已經成為挪威、加拿大、丹麥（格陵蘭）其未來北方地區經濟社會可持續髮展的戰略支柱。北冰洋沿岸國傢和相關國傢圍繞北冰洋油氣資源,呈現齣＂為我所有＂與＂為我所用＂的戰略目標之爭。墨西哥灣漏油事件對北極油氣活動的影響是短期的,油氣活動趨于活躍的長期趨勢不會髮生改變。

The Arctic oil and gas potential,which is almost equivalent to that in the Middle East,has become an important part of the global energy strategy in the United States,Russia,the European Union and other countries.In Norway,Canada,Denmark（Greenland）,it is also deemed as crucial to their sustainable development of future economy and society.Aiming at the Arctic oil and gas resources,the Arctic coastal countries adopt different strategies such as ＂owned by me＂ and ＂used by me＂.In fact,it will be a long struggle against control and anti-control of the Arctic oil and gas resources.The impact of the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico will not stay long on the Arctic oil and gas activity.It is an unchangeable trend that oil and gas activities in the Arctic will become more active in the long term.
