形体课教学过程是对学生进行动态关的行为艺术培养过程，也是关的教育过程。大学形体课教学有利于女大学生生长发育、塑造优美形体、培养优雅气质、心理健康发展，从青春美转向成熟美。形体课教学有利于促进女大学生身心和谐，强化终身体育锻炼意识，加强自身艺术修养，以达到自然、和谐、健康的成熟美。

The physique lesson is not only the process of cultivating dynamic act art but also the course of aesthetic education. College physique lesson is beneficial to growth and development, body shaping, elegant cultivation, mental health and shifting from youth to maturity for female university students.
