在多元化培养目标定位下,构建适合地方高师院校特点的（4-x）＋x人才分类培养模式,是在高等教育大众化教育背景下充分发挥学生个性、尊重学生学习兴趣和增强就业竞争力的必然选择。但是,在其实施过程中,还主要存在着宣传不到位、激励措施不完善和教学资源相对不足等制约因素,通过强化＂以生为本＂理念、加强研究和交流、完善激励机制、整合教学资源等措施,有助于推进人才分类培养模式改革的顺利实施。
재다원화배양목표정위하,구건괄합지방고사원교특점적（4-x）＋x인재분류배양모식,시재고등교육대음화교육배경하충분발휘학생개성、존중학생학습흥취화증강취업경쟁력적필연선택。단시,재기실시과정중,환주요존재착선전불도위、격려조시불완선화교학자원상대불족등제약인소,통과강화＂이생위본＂이념、가강연구화교류、완선격려궤제、정합교학자원등조시,유조우추진인재분류배양모식개혁적순리실시。
.Under the diversification-orientated educational objective,it is the inevitable choice of fully developing the students＇ individuality,respecting their learning interest and enhancing their competitiveness of employment in the popularized background to construct（4-x）＋ x talents sort training mode in accordance with the characteristics of local normal universities.However,in the process of implementing,there mainly exist such inhibiting factors as the propaganda being not in place,the encouraging measure being not complete and the teaching resources being relatively insufficient.It will be helpful in promoting the successful implementation of talents sort educational mode reform to take such measures as strengthening research and exchange,completing encouraging mechanism and integrating teaching resources through enhancing the concept of ＂taking the students as the foundation＂
