基于地理信息系统，综合运用模糊数学层次分析法和因子叠加法，对广州市分别进行洪灾危险性评价和承灾体脆弱性评价。再结合洪水危险性和承灾体的脆弱性的权重，运用GIS软件生成洪灾风险综合评价图。通过对洪灾风险综合评价图的分析，得出以下结论：总的看来，广州市洪灾的格局为：纵向南部风险高，北部风险低；横向东、西两翼风险高，中央风险低。评价结果可为广州市防洪减灾提供借鉴。
基于地理信息繫統，綜閤運用模糊數學層次分析法和因子疊加法，對廣州市分彆進行洪災危險性評價和承災體脆弱性評價。再結閤洪水危險性和承災體的脆弱性的權重，運用GIS軟件生成洪災風險綜閤評價圖。通過對洪災風險綜閤評價圖的分析，得齣以下結論：總的看來，廣州市洪災的格跼為：縱嚮南部風險高，北部風險低；橫嚮東、西兩翼風險高，中央風險低。評價結果可為廣州市防洪減災提供藉鑒。
기우지리신식계통，종합운용모호수학층차분석법화인자첩가법，대엄주시분별진행홍재위험성평개화승재체취약성평개。재결합홍수위험성화승재체적취약성적권중，운용GIS연건생성홍재풍험종합평개도。통과대홍재풍험종합평개도적분석，득출이하결론：총적간래，엄주시홍재적격국위：종향남부풍험고，북부풍험저；횡향동、서량익풍험고，중앙풍험저。평개결과가위엄주시방홍감재제공차감。
By the aid of the ArcGIS, the author applied the Fuzzy math theory and factors added method to the evaluation of flood risk and vulnerability of the disaster bearing body of Guangzhou respectively. The flood hazard evaluation map was generated by drew support from GIS software, and compared with the weight analysis of the flood risk and the vulnerability of the disaster bearing body. On the basis of the analyzing the map, the author comes to the following conclusions： The flood hazard intensity of Guangzhou is high in the southern and lower in the northern ; the eastern and the western are high and the centre of the city is low. The evaluation results may provide reference for flood prevention and mitigation of Guangzhou city.
