Entrance education is very important for a university freshman to have a good start in the univer-sity life.Due to the particularity on discipline specialty,students in polytechnics have exclusive science and en-gineering characteristics in learning,living and psychology.This paper analyzes such students’ psychological characteristics and explores their entrance education countermeasures.
