本文从计量经济学模型方法论基础出发，结合模型应用实践，对模型在结构分析、经济预测、政策评价以及检验与发展经济理论应用中的一些问题和争论进行了理论和实际分析，借以澄清计量经济学模型在这些应用领域的功能与局限，进而对正确认识和充分发挥计量经济学模型的应用功能提出了一些理论依据和实际建议。

On the basis of econometric modeling methodology, this article in-vestigates some problems or debates emerging from the utilization of econometric models in structure analysis, economic forecast, policy assessment, and theory test. The main purpose of this article is to clarify the strength and disadvantage of econometric models in these fields, and to provide theoretical basis and practical advices for correctly understanding and utilizing econometric models in research.
