经过20多年的发展,河北省农村养老保障事业得到长足发展,但总体保障水平仍偏低。其在制度体系建设中仍存在参保率低、覆盖面较窄、制度稳定性不够、基金增值不大等问题,应进一步完善相应政策和法规体系,拓宽筹资渠道,完善信息系统,进一步发挥其保障作用。
經過20多年的髮展,河北省農村養老保障事業得到長足髮展,但總體保障水平仍偏低。其在製度體繫建設中仍存在參保率低、覆蓋麵較窄、製度穩定性不夠、基金增值不大等問題,應進一步完善相應政策和法規體繫,拓寬籌資渠道,完善信息繫統,進一步髮揮其保障作用。
경과20다년적발전,하북성농촌양로보장사업득도장족발전,단총체보장수평잉편저。기재제도체계건설중잉존재삼보솔저、복개면교착、제도은정성불구、기금증치불대등문제,응진일보완선상응정책화법규체계,탁관주자거도,완선신식계통,진일보발휘기보장작용。
After more than 20 years＇ research and practice,the countryside retirement safeguard business in Hebei province obtains the considerable development,but the aggregate level was still somewhat low,and has many problems in the system construction,such as low insured rate,the narrow coverage,the insufficient system stability,little fund rised in value,and so on.So we should further consummate the policy and the laws and regulations system,expand the fund raising channel,and display those gurantee functions further.
