根据运输经济效益的基本原理,分析了我国货物运输经济效益现状及问题,从体制与机制、政策与法规、技术标准以及运输组织等层面,深入剖析了影响货物运输经济效益的主要原因,提出了相应的对策与建议,从运输成本和效率分析的视角提出了提高我国货物运输经济效益的关键途径和对策。
根據運輸經濟效益的基本原理,分析瞭我國貨物運輸經濟效益現狀及問題,從體製與機製、政策與法規、技術標準以及運輸組織等層麵,深入剖析瞭影響貨物運輸經濟效益的主要原因,提齣瞭相應的對策與建議,從運輸成本和效率分析的視角提齣瞭提高我國貨物運輸經濟效益的關鍵途徑和對策。
근거운수경제효익적기본원리,분석료아국화물운수경제효익현상급문제,종체제여궤제、정책여법규、기술표준이급운수조직등층면,심입부석료영향화물운수경제효익적주요원인,제출료상응적대책여건의,종운수성본화효솔분석적시각제출료제고아국화물운수경제효익적관건도경화대책。
On the basis of the principle and method of the transport efficiency analysis,this paper has evaluated the present situation and main problems of freight transport efficiency in China.Then,from the macro and micro aspects,an analysis is made on the influencing factors on the freight transport efficiency in depth,which concern with the transport system and mechanism,policy and regulations,technical standards,transport organizations and so on.Finally,some policy and action suggestions has been put forward.
