目的:探讨渐进式低氧训练后急性低氧暴露对脑氧饱和度的影响。方法:以45名男性大学生为实验对象,采用近红外光谱技术测试其在6周实验期内,常氧常压、急性低氧暴露(模拟海拔4 800 m)、3周渐进式低氧训练(模拟海拔2 500 m、3 500 m、4 800 m)、再次4 800 m低氧暴露运动时脑氧饱和度、动脉血氧饱和度(SpO2)。结果:3周渐进式低氧训练显著提高脑氧饱和度和SpO2;急性低氧暴露运动中脑氧饱和度和SpO2相对有效下降值存在相关性(r=0.792,P〈0.01)。结论:3周渐进式低氧训练改善脑组织的氧合状况,产生耐缺氧适应;低氧运动时脑氧饱和度随血氧饱和度的下降而降低。

목적:탐토점진식저양훈련후급성저양폭로대뇌양포화도적영향。방법:이45명남성대학생위실험대상,채용근홍외광보기술측시기재6주실험기내,상양상압、급성저양폭로(모의해발4 800 m)、3주점진식저양훈련(모의해발2 500 m、3 500 m、4 800 m)、재차4 800 m저양폭로운동시뇌양포화도、동맥혈양포화도(SpO2)。결과:3주점진식저양훈련현저제고뇌양포화도화SpO2;급성저양폭로운동중뇌양포화도화SpO2상대유효하강치존재상관성(r=0.792,P〈0.01)。결론:3주점진식저양훈련개선뇌조직적양합상황,산생내결양괄응;저양운동시뇌양포화도수혈양포화도적하강이강저。
Objective:To study the effect of progressive hypoxic training during acute hypoxia exposure on cerebral oxygen saturation.Methods:Cerebral oxy-gen saturation and arterial oxygen saturation(SpO2)of 45 male college students were measured in different conditions,exercised at normoxia,acute hypoxic exposure(simulated altitude of 4 800 m),three-week progressive hypoxic training(altitude control for 2 500,3 500,4 800 m),again acute hypoxic ex-posure(simulated altitude of 4 800 m)during the experimental period by near infrared spectroscopy.Results:The three-week training in progressive hypox-ia significantly increased cerebral oxygen saturation and SpO2;the relative decline in value the effective correlation coefficient was 0.792(P〈0.01)between brain oxygen saturation and SpO2 during acute hypoxic exposure.Conclusions:The three-week progressive hypoxia training to improve the oxygenation status of brain tissue,resulting in hypoxia adaptation;cerebral oxygen saturation decreased with a decline in oxygen saturation during hypoxic exercise.
