为克服传统的实体法与程序法分离的案例教学的弊端,创造了知识产权法与民事诉讼法相结合的双师同堂解析民事案例教学法,教学体系、内容按照民事诉讼一般流程设计安排,由知识产权法专业和民诉法专业的两位老师同堂授课,实现了师生互动、生生互动、师师互动。既培养了学生综合运用法律知识解决实际问题的能力,提高了他们的学习兴趣,又使老师在民事实体法和程序法的碰撞、交流中得到提高。
為剋服傳統的實體法與程序法分離的案例教學的弊耑,創造瞭知識產權法與民事訴訟法相結閤的雙師同堂解析民事案例教學法,教學體繫、內容按照民事訴訟一般流程設計安排,由知識產權法專業和民訴法專業的兩位老師同堂授課,實現瞭師生互動、生生互動、師師互動。既培養瞭學生綜閤運用法律知識解決實際問題的能力,提高瞭他們的學習興趣,又使老師在民事實體法和程序法的踫撞、交流中得到提高。

In order to overcome the problem that substantive law and procedure law are separated in case teaching class, we created two teacher lecturing model to analyze civil law case by combining intellectual property law and civil procedure law in one course. Under this model, teaching structure and contents follow the general civil procedure process, while two teachers majored respectively in intellectual property law and civil procedure law instruct in one class. The practice of such model resulted in teachers-students, students-students and teacher- teacher interaction, improved students' Comprehensive ability to solve practical problems by using different rules and their learning interest, and brought teachers into brainstorms and communication as well as improvement in their respective fields.
