在全国的事业单位推行绩效工资制度的形势下,建立科学、合理的高校教师绩效考核机制,是高校全面推行绩效工资制的基础和依据。目前,中国高校尚未有成熟配套、科学可行和影响面广的绩效考核方法,鉴于此,采用高校教师多视角绩效考核方法,坚持以教师为本、注重实绩、定性与定量相结合和改革创新的原则,从全面性出发设计考核内容,从科学性、合理性出发,定量、定性设计德、能、勤、绩四项考核指标,利用数学计算探寻绩效考核与绩效工资挂钩的具体路径。

While the performance-related pay system is carried out generally in all of the public institutions,to establish a scientific and reasonable performance appraisal system of university teachers is the basis for carrying out the performance-related pay system in colleges and universities.Up to now,the matured,complete,scientific,feasible and powerful effort method of the performance appraisal has not been built up in China s colleges and universities.For this reason,according to the multi-perspective performance appraisal method of university teachers,we should keep to the principle of teachers first,pay attention to the practical results,combine fixed properties with fixed quantities,and carry out reforms and innovations.From the start of the comprehensiveness,scientificity and rationality to design the appraisal contents,determine the appraisal indexes of morality,ability,work and achievement and apply the mathematical calculation to look for the specific method that performance-related pay establishes close contact with performance appraisal.
