以柔顺为特征,讲究进谏策略和语言技巧的讽谏,既是君主专制制度下特殊的言语行为,也是凝聚古人高超智慧的说理艺术。作为君主专制制度自我调整、自我补救的方式和手段,讽谏虽在防范君主决策失误、维护国家机器正常运转,乃至约束君主生活小节等方面发挥了一定的作用,但其民主色彩与专制体制有着不可调和的矛盾。因此,讽谏以言语取效带有极大的偶然性,其劝诫纠失的作用也极为有限,不可高估,更不可盲目地推崇或讴歌。

Satirical remonstrance characterized by submissiveness emphasize stactics and linguistic skills.It is not only a special speech activity under the autocratic monarchy system but also a reasoning technique agglomerated the ancient wisdom.As the way and method for autocratic monarch system to self-adjustment and self-remedy,satirical remonstrance has some effect on preventing the mistaken of monarch,safeguarding the normal operation of state machinery,and even binding the daily behaviour of monarch.However,there are unreconciled contradictions between democratic factor of satirical remonstrance and autocratic system.For its occasional effect of speech and limitary function of persuasion and rectification,we should not overestimate or blindly eulogize the satirical remonstrance.
