通过对宁波市220家民营企业问卷调查发现,民营企业社会责任认知水平走在实践前列,绝大多数企业都能认识到履行社会责任是经济社会发展的趋势,承担社会责任对树立企业正面社会形象有积极影响,超过90%的企业表示在未来将积极关注社会责任问题。但是民营企业社会责任自律、自愿披露社会责任信息、社会责任投入和管理等依然薄弱。

We find that the cognition level of CSR is higher than the practice through a survey of 220 private enterprises in Ningbo.The overwhelming majority of enterprises have realized that it is important to enhance the competence and set up positive social image by fulfilling CSR.Over 90% private enterprises are willing to pay more attention to CSR in the future.But it is still weak in many CSR areas for Chinese private enterprises,such as the autonomy of CSR,the voluntary disclosure of CSR information,the investment and management practice of CSR,and so on.
