在当前的国际分工背景下，国际制造业出现了一些新特点和新趋势，文章从总结国际制造业的最新态势着手，探讨了国际金融危机对先进制造业的影响，并以上海为例展开分析，发现国际金融危机在2008--2009年给上海市的出口产业造成了较大的冲击，一度引起外商投资企业对上海的投资减少，不过，也为上海企业“走出去”提供了难得的机遇。
在噹前的國際分工揹景下，國際製造業齣現瞭一些新特點和新趨勢，文章從總結國際製造業的最新態勢著手，探討瞭國際金融危機對先進製造業的影響，併以上海為例展開分析，髮現國際金融危機在2008--2009年給上海市的齣口產業造成瞭較大的遲擊，一度引起外商投資企業對上海的投資減少，不過，也為上海企業“走齣去”提供瞭難得的機遇。
재당전적국제분공배경하，국제제조업출현료일사신특점화신추세，문장종총결국제제조업적최신태세착수，탐토료국제금융위궤대선진제조업적영향，병이상해위례전개분석，발현국제금융위궤재2008--2009년급상해시적출구산업조성료교대적충격，일도인기외상투자기업대상해적투자감소，불과，야위상해기업“주출거”제공료난득적궤우。
Under the context of international division of work, the international manufacturing industries have taken new characteristics and trends. This paper begins with the latest development of the international manufacturing industries, then analyzes the impact of international financial crisis on the development of advanced manufacturing industries, and finally takes Shanghai into particular discussion. For Shanghai, both exports and inward FDI during 2008 - 2009 have suffered from the financial crisis, however, the crisis provides a good opportunity for Shanghai firms to ＂go abroad＂.
