目的:建立机械生长因子(MGF)基因表达的实时荧光定量RT—PCR方法。方法:应用实时定量RT-PCR法检测腓肠肌中MGF基因表达。结果及结论:荧光定量RT—PCR法能绝对定量MGF兴奋荆基因表达水平,相关系数大于0.99。
目的:建立機械生長因子(MGF)基因錶達的實時熒光定量RT—PCR方法。方法:應用實時定量RT-PCR法檢測腓腸肌中MGF基因錶達。結果及結論:熒光定量RT—PCR法能絕對定量MGF興奮荊基因錶達水平,相關繫數大于0.99。
목적:건립궤계생장인자(MGF)기인표체적실시형광정량RT—PCR방법。방법:응용실시정량RT-PCR법검측비장기중MGF기인표체。결과급결론:형광정량RT—PCR법능절대정량MGF흥강형기인표체수평,상관계수대우0.99。
Objective: Establish the real-time quantitative RT- PCR method for detecting the gene expression of mechano growth factor (MGF). Methods: The MGF gene expression in gastrocnemius was detected by the real-time quantitative RT-PCR method. Results: The MGF mRNA expression in gastrocnemins could be absolutely measured by the real-time quantitative RT- PCR method with the correlation coefficient ( r 〉 0.99 ).
