采用文献综述法,对运动预适应心肌保护效应的研究现状进行分析和总结,探讨运动预适应的心肌保护效应及其细胞信号转导途径。研究表明,运动预适应具有强大的心肌保护效应,其细胞信号转导途径可能为:内源性触发物质通过相应受体,活化蛋白激酶为主的中介物质,从而调控效应物质,改变离子通道通透性和相关蛋白酶活性,诱导应激蛋白生成,发挥心肌保护效应。
採用文獻綜述法,對運動預適應心肌保護效應的研究現狀進行分析和總結,探討運動預適應的心肌保護效應及其細胞信號轉導途徑。研究錶明,運動預適應具有彊大的心肌保護效應,其細胞信號轉導途徑可能為:內源性觸髮物質通過相應受體,活化蛋白激酶為主的中介物質,從而調控效應物質,改變離子通道通透性和相關蛋白酶活性,誘導應激蛋白生成,髮揮心肌保護效應。

Using the method of literature review, the present paper analyzed the researches on cardioprotective effect of exercise preconditioning (EP) and its mechanism. These studies indicate that EP has a powerful protective effect to the heart, and the cellular signaling transduction of the cardioprotection may progress as follows: the endogenous factors induced by EP trigger the cascade of signaling through their receptors, and activate the cytoplasmic mediators like protein kinases, then terminate on one or several end effectors, inducing ionic channels open, the activity of antioxidant enzymes increases and heat shock proteins generation, which finally prevents the heart from ischemia/ reperfusion injury.
