2008年10月28日，全国人大常委会通过的《中华人民共和国企业国有资产法》确立了具有中国特色的国有资产监督和管理体系。但该体系在架构形成、监管模式确立等方面存在着种种理论及现实的缺憾。考察国外国有资产监督管理的实际做法和成功经验，针对我国国有资产监督管理体系建设存在的问题，建议采取有效措施，进一步完善我国的国有资产监督和管理体系。

On Oct. 28th, ：2008, the〈The People＇s Republic of China state-owned Asset law〉 was approved and legislated by the NPC Standing Committee, and its supervision and administration system with Chinese characteristics was thus established. But theoretically and realistically, it exist the defects in terms of structure formation, establishment of supervision and administration mode, and etc. After a foreign survey on the practices and successful experiences in supervision and administration of state-owned assets, targeting the existing problems in the domestic constructions of supervision and administration system on state-owned assets, the suggestion is to take effective measures, and further Derfeeting our domestic surmrvision and administration svslem on stale-awned assets.
