从高技术产业的演化规律出发,基于国家统计局的数据,利用双密度依赖模型和密度依赖模型,根据研究人员与产业利润、研发投入、新产品开发投入之间的关系研究了高技术产业的创新特征,结果发现研究人员对产业利润的增长并未直接产生促进作用,新产品开发投入也表现出了减少研究人员数量的需求,现有的研究人员对研发投入有着较强的增长需求。
從高技術產業的縯化規律齣髮,基于國傢統計跼的數據,利用雙密度依賴模型和密度依賴模型,根據研究人員與產業利潤、研髮投入、新產品開髮投入之間的關繫研究瞭高技術產業的創新特徵,結果髮現研究人員對產業利潤的增長併未直接產生促進作用,新產品開髮投入也錶現齣瞭減少研究人員數量的需求,現有的研究人員對研髮投入有著較彊的增長需求。

China is committed to promoting the development of high-tech industries,clarity roles played by researchers on different aspects in the evolution of high-tech industries is very important for constituting industrial policy.This paper investigates roles of researchers from the evolution law of high-tech industries from the view of relationship of innovation feature factors and profit which can reflect development level of high-tech industries based on the National Bureau of statistics data using double density dependent model and the density dependent model.According to relationships among researchers and industry profits,new product development input as well as RD input investment,it is found that researchers don't directly produce a catalytic role in the profit increasing and new products development and development.And the researchers have a strong demand for new product development inputs and RD input,profit and new product development have demonstrated reduction in needs of the number of researchers.The conclusion can be as reference to the policy decision of national high-tech industries.Clarity role of researchers in different aspects of High-tech industrial has a good reference value for national industrial policies.
