教育理念是人们对教育的理性认识,它面向教育实践,表达教育的理想。教育理念的价值,是由其理论价值、实践价值和文化价值共同组成的价值体系。教育理念价值的实现,从纵向来看,需要经历阐发——传播——应用的过程;从横向来看,需要教育理念、教育体制和应用模式的共同作用。纵向衔接、横向沟通、纵横整合是教育理念价值实现的方式。

The educational concept is accepted as people＇s rational understanding of education.It is oriented to the educational practice and it is expected to express the ideals of education.The value of the educational concept is a value system composed of its theoretical value,practice value and cultural value.The realization of the value of educational concept,from the vertical point of view,has to go through creation-communication-application process,while,from the horizontal point of view,it needs the joint function of education concept,the educational system and the application of models.Vertical convergence and horizontal communication and vertical and horizontal integration are the realization model of the value of educational concept.
