企业外部环境是影响企业内部治理机制的根本因素。政策环境、行业竞争环境和政府干预等外部环境对企业的监督、激励和决策等内部治理机制的运行有重要影响，这些影响效应在国有企业和私营企业两类不同所有制形式的企业中表现有所不同。政策环境对内部治理机制的正向影响效应有助于强化其他外部环境因素对治理机制的影响，相比国有企业，政策环境的中介效应在私营企业中表现得更为显著。
企業外部環境是影響企業內部治理機製的根本因素。政策環境、行業競爭環境和政府榦預等外部環境對企業的鑑督、激勵和決策等內部治理機製的運行有重要影響，這些影響效應在國有企業和私營企業兩類不同所有製形式的企業中錶現有所不同。政策環境對內部治理機製的正嚮影響效應有助于彊化其他外部環境因素對治理機製的影響，相比國有企業，政策環境的中介效應在私營企業中錶現得更為顯著。

The external environments of corporate governance are fundamental factors affecting the internal governance mechanism. The external environments, such as policy environment, industry competition and government intervention, exert important influences on the internal governance mechanism measured by monitoring, incentive and decision - making mechanism. To some extent, these impact effects have different performance in state - owned and private enterprises of different ownership forms. The policy environment exerts a positive effect on the internal governance mechanism, and it contributes to strengthening the influence of the other external environmental factors. Compared to state - owned enterprises, intermediary effect of the policy environment in the private sector could be more significant.
