Based on habit management of human resource, this paper introduces the concept of human resourse dynamic match management in ibrary. Dynamic match is a process to dynamically allocate the human resource in order to complete a certain degree of temporary, bulk, sudden or urgent tasks under the normal working situation, and when the tasks are completed, the staff will go back to the original positions. The dynamic match management model is established on the basis of habit management of human resource in library. 9 retd.
