基于对化学复合镀技术及国内轴承产品现状的分析,为了提高车用轴承的使用性能,利用化学复合镀技术对轴承表面进行试验研究.将试验对象表面镀上Ni-P-金刚石复合层,对其表面结构、状态和性能进行研究,用显微硬度计对镀层进行检测观察和分析,并将其与未经过处理的轴承对比.结果表明:经化学复合镀处理后的轴承表面性能好于处理前的轴承.
基于對化學複閤鍍技術及國內軸承產品現狀的分析,為瞭提高車用軸承的使用性能,利用化學複閤鍍技術對軸承錶麵進行試驗研究.將試驗對象錶麵鍍上Ni-P-金剛石複閤層,對其錶麵結構、狀態和性能進行研究,用顯微硬度計對鍍層進行檢測觀察和分析,併將其與未經過處理的軸承對比.結果錶明:經化學複閤鍍處理後的軸承錶麵性能好于處理前的軸承.

The composite plating technology and the current status of the domestic bearing products are introduced;the surface properties experiments of automotive bearings are done based on chemistry composite plating technology in order to raise the performance of bearing.The surface structure,status and performance of test bearings are analyzed,which is been plating Ni-P-diamond composite layer.The coatings of tested bearings are observed and analyzed using micro-hardness,and which compared to not-treated bearings.The results show that composite plating chemical treatment surface properties of the test bearing by chemical composite plating better than the bearing before it is processed.
