自20世纪90年代以来,乌干达高等教育在快速扩充中面临着质量保障的挑战。进入21世纪以后,为适应社会的需要和全球化时代的变化,乌干达在国家层面、学校层面着手制定质量保障政策,建立较完整的质量保障框架,同时还以东非大学理事会为平台,通过地区合作,提升本国高等教育质量保障的能力。
自20世紀90年代以來,烏榦達高等教育在快速擴充中麵臨著質量保障的挑戰。進入21世紀以後,為適應社會的需要和全毬化時代的變化,烏榦達在國傢層麵、學校層麵著手製定質量保障政策,建立較完整的質量保障框架,同時還以東非大學理事會為平檯,通過地區閤作,提升本國高等教育質量保障的能力。
자20세기90년대이래,오간체고등교육재쾌속확충중면림착질량보장적도전。진입21세기이후,위괄응사회적수요화전구화시대적변화,오간체재국가층면、학교층면착수제정질량보장정책,건립교완정적질량보장광가,동시환이동비대학리사회위평태,통과지구합작,제승본국고등교육질량보장적능력。
ince the 1990s,higher education in Uganda has been confronted with the quality challenges in the process of rapid expansion.Stepping into the 21st century,Uganda has formulated quality assurance policies and created integrated quality assurance frameworks in both national and institutional level to meet the needs of society and the variation in the globalization era.In the meantime,Uganda takes the Inter-University Council for East Africa as the platform of regional cooperation so as to promote its own capacity of quality assurance in higher education.
