目的:对广西糖尿病量化运动处方研究组研发的糖尿病量化运动处方(已拍摄成光盘,发行号:ISRC CN-S11-07-0011-0/V.R)进行研究,论证各级处方的运动心率是否和实验设计相吻合,进一步探讨该量化运动处方作为糖尿病常规运动治疗方案的可能性。方法:运用Polar心率表记录22例健康大学生和80例2型糖尿病患者进行一至五级处方运动时的心率,并据此进行评价。结果:健康学生各级运动处方的心率波动范围如下:一级为50-80bpm;二级为70-100bpm;三级为80-100bpm;四级为80-120bpm;五级为80-150bpm;糖尿病患者一级处方至五级处方运动中的平均最高心率呈逐渐递增之势,但均在靶心率范围;除处方4和处方5运动结束即刻的收缩压与运动前比较有统计学差异外,其他各级处方运动结束即刻、运动结束后4小时及12小时患者的血压及血氧饱和度与运动前相比无明显变化,各级处方运动结束即刻均无低血糖现象。结论:糖尿病量化运动处方的运动实际与设计相吻合,运动中的心率均在安全范围,糖尿病患者运动中无异常反应,糖尿病量化运动处方可作为糖尿病常规运动治疗方案在临床中进行推广。

Objective: This paper focuses on monitoring the heart rate of exercisers while practicing the set of the diabetic quantitative exercise prescriptions developed by Guangxi Diabetic Quantitative Exercise Prescription Study Group and made into the form of CD-ROM that has been officially published,issuing No.ISRC CN-S11-07-0011-0/V.R.This paper also approaches the effectiveness of the diabetic quantitative exercise prescriptions on diabetic patients at different levels and phases.Methods: 22 healthy college students and 80 patients of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus practiced all of the graded quantified-exercise prescriptions(from Grade 1 to Grade 5).And the changes of their heart rate while doing the exercises were recorded by Polar heart rate monitor,and later assessment was carried out on the basis of the records.Results: Statistics shows that when the healthy college students practiced the graded exercise-prescriptions,their heart rate undulated: 50-80bpm in Grade 1;70-100bpm in Grade 2;80-100bpm in Grade 3;80-120bpm in Grade 4;80-150bpm in Grade 5,and the highest average heart rate of diabetes mellitus patients increased progressively when they practiced the graded exercise-prescriptions,yet the increased heart rate is within the safe range.When the diabetes mellitus patients finished their practice of Prescription 4 and Prescription 5,their systolic pressures differed statistically from those before their doing the exercises.The immediate,4h and 12h post-exercise blood pressure and oxyhemoglobin saturation of the diabetes mellitus patients were of little change when they finished the other graded prescriptions,and no one showed any signs of hypoglycemia when finishing all those 5 graded exercise prescriptions.Conclusion: The trial results of the diabetic quantitative exercise prescriptions match with the experimental designs.The while-exercise heart rate is within the safe range.And the diabetes mellitus patients showed no any abnormities while doing the exercises.All these indicate that the diabetic quantitative exercise prescriptions can be clinically popularized as regular therapeutic exercise schedules for diabetes mellitus patients.
