作为中国近代著名的思想家,陈独秀的民族国家思想是颇具有先导性、前瞻性和启蒙性的。陈独秀对近代民族关系和民族矛盾以及国家与政府关系的认识有自己独到见解。他主张域内各民族一律平等,不排满。他警惕＂日患＂,坚定抗战胜利之信心。他认为国家应为人民谋福利,否定＂政府即国家＂观念。

As a Chinese famous thinker of the modern times,Chen Duxiu＇s thoughts on the national state are advancing,far-reaching,and enlightening.Chen Duxiu has his own unique understanding of the national relationship,the national contradictions,and the relationship between the state and the government.He advocates that all people within the state are equal,and never turns down the Man nationality;he looks out the ＂Japanese invasion＂,and confirms the confidence of the victory in Anti-Japanese War.He thinks that the state should make benefits for the people,and denies the idea that ＂the government is the state＂.
