本文对近十年中（2000—2009）刊登在国内十种主要外语期刊上有关英语口语研究的文章进行检索统计,结果显示：（1）从发展趋势上看,口语研究呈稳步上升趋势;（2）从研究方法上看,实证研究已经超过非材料性研究,占绝对优势地位;（3）从研究对象上看,对本科生的关注高于其他群体,对英语专业的关注多于非英语专业;（4）从研究上看,口语表达结果、口语教学、口语测试类研究较多,而口语表达过程、语境因素等研究甚少。通过对研究现状的分析,我们发现,目前研究虽取得了一定的成就,但仍存在研究对象过于单一,研究层面不足,对学习主体的研究相对薄弱等问题。
본문대근십년중（2000—2009）간등재국내십충주요외어기간상유관영어구어연구적문장진행검색통계,결과현시：（1）종발전추세상간,구어연구정은보상승추세;（2）종연구방법상간,실증연구이경초과비재료성연구,점절대우세지위;（3）종연구대상상간,대본과생적관주고우기타군체,대영어전업적관주다우비영어전업;（4）종연구상간,구어표체결과、구어교학、구어측시류연구교다,이구어표체과정、어경인소등연구심소。통과대연구현상적분석,아문발현,목전연구수취득료일정적성취,단잉존재연구대상과우단일,연구층면불족,대학습주체적연구상대박약등문제。
A careful survey of articles concerning spoken English in China, as published in ten of the major domestic linguistic journals in the past decade, illustrates that （1） there has been a steady increase in the number of papers in this fi eld; （2） in terms of research methods, empirical studies have played a dominant role, the number of which has greatly exceeded that of non-material researches; （3） regarding research subjects, more attention has been paid to undergraduate students than other groups, of which English majors are the main focus; （4） as for research content, greater importance has been attached to EFL speaking products, EFL speaking teaching and EFL speaking assessment than EFL speaking processes and contextual factors in EFL speaking. Further analysis reveals that certain problems exist in contemporary research such as narrow range of research subjects, inadequate level of research content and insuffi cient attention paid to the learner.
