基于第四方物流独立运作的组织模式,本文构建了物流系统运行的成本与效益模型,研究了第四方物流带来的成本节约和效益提升问题,分析了第四方物流组织的效益分配方式,给出了第四方物流作为盈利或非盈利组织的两种效益分配方式及其分配比例范围。

Based on the premise that fourth party logistics organization operate independently,this paper builds up a cost-benefit model for logistics system to explore the advantages of fourth party logistics in cost saving and benefit promotion.Through the case analysis on benefit distribution methods in typical fourth party logistics organization,it puts forward two kinds of benefit distribution modes and the distribution proportion range when the fourth party logistics organization as a profit and non-profit one.
