This paper summarizes the characteristics of fruits and vegetables circulation in China, Subdivides distribution channels of fruits and vegetables, presents the concept of supply chain state, divides channels into five chain states, describes different periods and states of fruits and vegetables circulation system, examines the organizational level of fruits and vegetables supply chain, and puts forward the competitive advantage at each chain state and the appropriate development model.
