随着电子计算机技术和Internet网的迅猛发展,网络技术及其应用对经济的发展起越来越关键的作用,对电力行业亦是如此,培养电子商务专业创新型人才是当前形势下提出的新要求。本文从电力特色大学科角度出发,对国内外电子商务本科专业创新人才培养模式进行比较与分析来探索电力行业中电子商务专业人才的合理培养模式。通过分析比较,得出有专业特色的高校对电子商务本科专业创新人才培养应依据学校特色,合理利用校企资源,培养复合型电子商务专业创新人才,细分人才层次。

With the rapid development of Internet network and computer technology,their applications play an increasingly critical role in the development of economy,so as in power industry.Therefore training professional and innovative talents of E-Business is putting forward under the current situation.From the perspective of the power characteristics of a large subject,the authors try to explore a reasonable E-Business cultivation mode with home and abroad innovative training method compared and analyzed.Through analysis and comparison,training innovative talents on E-Business undergraduate with power characteristics should be based on school characteristics,rational use of resources between schools and enterprises in order to cultivating innovative talents and subdividing talent level.
