增强自主创新能力是确保我国开放型经济可持续发展的必要条件,因此探讨自主创新与其影响因素之间的关系具有重要的实践意义。近年来,利用外资与自主创新的关系逐渐成为研究热点。笔者以江苏省为例,对二者之间的关系进行了实证分析,发现利用外资对自主创新能力的促进作用并不显著。笔者分析了原因并提出相应的对策建议。
增彊自主創新能力是確保我國開放型經濟可持續髮展的必要條件,因此探討自主創新與其影響因素之間的關繫具有重要的實踐意義。近年來,利用外資與自主創新的關繫逐漸成為研究熱點。筆者以江囌省為例,對二者之間的關繫進行瞭實證分析,髮現利用外資對自主創新能力的促進作用併不顯著。筆者分析瞭原因併提齣相應的對策建議。

Strengthening independent innovation capability is the essential condition for assuring the sustainable development of the open economy of our country,so exploring the relationship between independent innovation and affecting factors is of great practical significance.In recent years,the relationship between the utilization of foreign capital and independent innovation has become a hot issue in the research field.The authors take Jiangsu Province as an example,make an empirical analysis of the relationship between them and find that the promoting effect of the utilization of foreign capital on independent innovation capability is not obvious.The authors analyze the reasons for it and put forward some policy suggestions.
