通过对“农二代”市民化主、客观条件的描述，认为“农二代”是农民工队伍中最有可能实现市民化的一个群体，但“农二代”在市民化道路上还存在着种种客观障碍。事实上，“农二代”市民化是构建和谐社会必不可少的要素。结合“农二代”的主观意愿，提出了一些制度创新与政策改革的相关对策，以拆除阻碍其市民化的篱栅，促进和谐社会的构建。
通過對“農二代”市民化主、客觀條件的描述，認為“農二代”是農民工隊伍中最有可能實現市民化的一箇群體，但“農二代”在市民化道路上還存在著種種客觀障礙。事實上，“農二代”市民化是構建和諧社會必不可少的要素。結閤“農二代”的主觀意願，提齣瞭一些製度創新與政策改革的相關對策，以拆除阻礙其市民化的籬柵，促進和諧社會的構建。

Based on the subjective and objective conditions of the citizenization of ＂second-generation peasant workers＂, this paper argues that second generation of migrant workers is the team most likely to achieve citizenship. However, there are still many objective obstacles in the process. In fact. tile ~.ilizenization of ＂second-generation peasant workers＂ is an essential element of building a harmonious society. The author proposes some countermeasures related to institutional innovation and policy reform to remove the fences of their citizenization and promote the construction of a harmonious society.
