"教研室"是现代西方大学之外的高校组织模式的创新。教研室既是一种教学组织,也是一种研究组织和教师组织,对于提高教学质量、专门人才培养目标具有重要的意义,但在20世纪90年代我国高等教育系统的改造中被取消或其作用被弱化。提升高等教育质量,要求我们重建教研室以促进高校的教学从个体走向合作。高校的教研室应当建设成为组织和协调教学的平台,讨论和研究教学的中心,增进教师交流和促进教师发展的"加油站"。

The teaching and research division was the organization creation beyond the modern west university.The teaching and research division was not only a teaching organization,but also a research organization and a faculty organization,which played the important role in improving teaching quality and realizing the talent cultivation object.But the teaching and research division was shut down or weakened during the reform of higher education system in the 1990s.In order to improve teaching quality,to reconstruct the teaching and research division can promote university teaching from individuality to cooperation.The teaching and research division should be reconstructed to be the platform to organize and coordinate teaching,to be the center to discuss and research teaching,and to be the gas station to enhance communication and promote development for faculty.
