林权交易是集体林权制度改革的延伸与配套改革措施之一。在当前缺乏行业政策规范的情况下,研究和探讨林权交易机构的交易步骤和方法,具有一定的现实意义。文章从政策咨询、林权信息发布、资源评估、权属鉴证、林权交易和资金结算6个方面,完整阐述了林权交易的途径,为林权交易提供参考,也为进一步深化集体林权制度改革发挥应有作用。

Forestry trading is the extension and one of the supporting tasks of collective forest tenure reform.In the case of norms,lack of industry policy,research and trading of forest sector trade procedures and methods,has some practical significance.In this paper,policy advice,information dissemination,resource assessment,ownership verification,trading and fund settlement,described trading means trading to provide reference for the forest,but also to further deepen the collective forest tenure reform to play its due role.
