纵观现代的竞技体育强国都把建立和加强体育训练基地作为发展本国竞技体育的重要手段，我国也是这样。近年来，我国不断加强体育训练基地的建设，一批国家级的田径训练基地先后建立起来，因此，加强训练基地的管理和服务研究，对我国训练基地的良性发展具有重要意义。采用问卷调查和数理统计等方法，主要从国家田径训练基地的分类、项目布局、管理以及基地服务等方面进行研究。结果表明：我国的田径训练基地在住宿条件、场地器材、膳食奈件和后勤管理等方面可以满足优秀田径队训练的需要；基地在科研服务方面，明显满足不了现代运动训练的要求，相比基地的硬件设施而言，基地在科研设施、科研服务以及科研人员配备上出现了明显的滞后现象。通过研究和总结提出改进和提高我国专业田径训练基地的服务和管理水平建议。

Among the developed sport country, they always seem to build and strengthen the sports base as the important methods to develop their athletics. It＇s the same to our country. In recent years, we strengthened the construction of the sport bases step by step, and many bases have been built from then on. Therefore, it is very important for the benign development of training base to strengthen training base of the management and service of our training base. This paper, using the methods of questionnaire investigation, and mathematical statistics, makes research on the national athletic training base of classification, the project layout, management and base services, etc. The conclusions：Our country＇s training base can meet the need for the national athletic team in accommodation,diet,logistic management and so on. In the service of scientific research, the bases can not meet the modern athletic training＇s need obviously. Comparing with the hardware facilities, the bases obviously lag in the scientific establishment, research and personnel. Hence, the author brings up some suggestions to promote the management and service level of the national athletics training bases.
