对刚性激励模式进行了理论分析,认为高校普遍根据成文的规章制度,进行规范、约束、监督、物质刺激等程式化的激励,是“以物为本”“以制度为本”的激励,即刚性激励,“刚则易折”。研究表明,刚性激励具有刚度,确定了高校刚性激励的刚度,并提出了柔性激励的概念。
對剛性激勵模式進行瞭理論分析,認為高校普遍根據成文的規章製度,進行規範、約束、鑑督、物質刺激等程式化的激勵,是“以物為本”“以製度為本”的激勵,即剛性激勵,“剛則易摺”。研究錶明,剛性激勵具有剛度,確定瞭高校剛性激勵的剛度,併提齣瞭柔性激勵的概唸。

At present, the promoting models based on materials and systems are employed to manage, control, and supervise the development of the university in China. They are also called the tough promoting models. As we all know, tough is easily broken. Researches have shown that tough promoting models have their properties. This article makes a theoretical analysis on the tough promoting models and their properties in the university, and tries to offer the concept of the flexible promoting models.
