基于公益组织绩效评价的客观必要性和特征,从评价观念与意识制度、评价体系等方面,分析了当前中国公益组织绩效评价存在的问题,提出了相应的措施:提高对公益组织绩效评价的认识、构建适应于公益组织的评价指标、建立公益组织绩效评价的信息系统等。
基于公益組織績效評價的客觀必要性和特徵,從評價觀唸與意識製度、評價體繫等方麵,分析瞭噹前中國公益組織績效評價存在的問題,提齣瞭相應的措施:提高對公益組織績效評價的認識、構建適應于公益組織的評價指標、建立公益組織績效評價的信息繫統等。

Based on the necessity and characteristics of performance evaluation of the public welfare organizations,problems of the performance e-valuation are analyzed detailedly from several aspects,such as performance evaluation ideas,the assessment system,etc.Some measures are taken to improve the performance evaluation and promote the development of public welfare,such as increasing the awareness of performance evaluation,constructing assessment index system,setting up information system and so on.
