甘肅高等教育 教育需求 教育供給 招生計劃

恢复高考制度以来,我国高等教育发展迅速,尤其是1999年高校扩招以后,高等教育的供给水平大幅度提升。在此背景下,甘肃省高等教育也取得了良好成绩。但甘肃地处我国西部,经济文化发展水平较低,高等教育发展相对滞后。将近年来普通高校招生计划和报考人数情况进行比较后便能看出,目前甘肃省除了考生数量多、招生计划少导致的总体供需不平衡外,本科计划少,高职高专计划多,也使高层次教育供给有限。而重点高校和省外院校计划少,省内高校计划多,造成地区招生计划不平衡;复读生比例较高,导致教育资源利用效率低下。只有争取更多招生计划,科学编制招生计划;大力发展高等教育,提高省内院校招生能力,才能真正解决供给与需求的矛盾。

회복고고제도이래,아국고등교육발전신속,우기시1999년고교확초이후,고등교육적공급수평대폭도제승。재차배경하,감숙성고등교육야취득료량호성적。단감숙지처아국서부,경제문화발전수평교저,고등교육발전상대체후。장근년래보통고교초생계화화보고인수정황진행비교후편능간출,목전감숙성제료고생수량다、초생계화소도치적총체공수불평형외,본과계화소,고직고전계화다,야사고층차교육공급유한。이중점고교화성외원교계화소,성내고교계화다,조성지구초생계화불평형;복독생비례교고,도치교육자원이용효솔저하。지유쟁취경다초생계화,과학편제초생계화;대력발전고등교육,제고성내원교초생능력,재능진정해결공급여수구적모순。
Since the recovery of university entrance examination system the higher education in China has undertaken rapid development. In addition, with the college expansion plan in 1999 the higher education supply has substantially been enhanced. Without exception Gansu has also gained success. Nevertheless, the geography and comparatively lower economic and cultural level in Gansu restrict the higher education development. The comparative analysis of the admission scheme and register number in recent years shows a general imbalance of supply and demand that a large number of candidates are expelled from small admission plans; more technical or vocational plans are in contrast with small amount of graduate admission. And few key university plans outside Gansu verses more internal plans has brought about an imbalanced admission distribution; relatively higher proportion of return students caused low efficiency of educational resources. Therefore, the solution to the imbalances will turn to the efforts to obtain more admission, make a scientific admission scheme, promote higher education development, and steadily raise competitiveness of universities and colleges in Gansu.
