研制一种局部使用的用于治疗口腔溃疡的缓释西地碘口腔黏附片,并考察其对体外释放度和生物黏附性的影响.采用羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC-Na)和卡波姆(CP)为生物黏附材料,用直接粉末压片法制备的包括保护层和含药层的双层口腔黏附片.通过对不同处方黏附片的生物黏附力,体外黏附时间和溶胀速率进行测定,确定黏附剂的组成及用量,得到最佳的处方.含药层中黏附剂比例增加、乳糖比例减少及硬度的增大都会使释药速度减慢,硬度为4 kg左右时黏附力和释药比较好.处方中卡波姆比例用量、乳糖用量、黏附片硬度均对体外释药速度和黏附力有影响.

This experiment is to design Cydiodine buccodhesive tablets with local use in the treatment of Oral ulcer,and to explore the factors that impact the release characteristics in vitro and bioadhesive capacity.Cydiodine buccodhesive tablets based on CP and CMC-Na at different ratios were prepared by direct compression of powders.The formulation of Cydiodine oral mucoadhesive tablets was optimized.The dissolution in adhesive time and swelling rate of cydiodine oral mucoadhesive tablets was evaluated by modified apparatus.And the ratio of the adhesive was ascertained,and then we can get the optimal recipe.The dissolution rate of Cydiodine from the mucoadhesive tablets was inversely proportioned to the amount of adhesive used as excipients and the hardness of the tablets and positively to the amount of lactose used.The adhesion and the dissolution rate were much better at the hardness index of 4 kiograms.It is concluded that the dissolution rate and adhesive capacity of the nisoldipine buccal adhesive tablets were significantly dependent on the proportions of CP/CMC-Na and lactose used as excipients and the hardness of the tablets.
